Welcome to your Auddict account. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully as you agree to be bound by them while using Auddict Account Services.

Your Accounts

By using your account on the account.auddict.com website you are responsible for all activities that occur under that account. You should maintain the confidentiality and security of your password. If you think an account has been used in an unauthorised manner, you should immediately change your password and notify us of any misuse.

There are two types of accounts on the AUDDICT website:

• Your AUDDICT account. This is your main AUDDICT account where you can download your virtual Instruments built with AUDDICT, their resource files and lookup your license keys. You can access your account with this link
• Your forum accounts. This is the account you create if you participate in our forums.

Your AUDDICT account and forum accounts are independent of each other. Login details and passwords are not shared between the two accounts.

Auddict reserves the right to close accounts and remove or edit content if deemed necessary.

Electronic Software Downloads

Downloadable products are provided under the terms of the licence agreement applicable to the product.

Downloadable products and resource files remain available to download from your AUDDICT account for as long as your account remains active.

Refund & Transferral

Should you wish to require a refund please contact us via a ticket on the bottom of auddict.com. We'll get in touch with you, and set in motion any change or probable license transfer to another or new AUDDICT account.

Please note that if you have been refunded for a downloadable product, the access to this product will be cancelled in your AUDDICT account and all executable product versions must be permanently removed from any of your PCs and devices.

Website Availability

We will do our utmost to maintain the availability of the site at all times. However, due to the nature of the Internet we cannot guarantee the availability of the site at all times. Maintenance and repairs will be undertaken to improve the website which may disrupt our service from time to time.

Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy as it governs the privacy practices undertaken by Auddict.
